Jerry contacted me soon after I posted the job, we spoke on the phone and set up a meeting to have a look at the work that needed to be done. He and his partner Peter are both very nice, very experienced guys. Talked me through the work process without adding any pressure, or any of that kind of guff. We set a time and a rate - which was very reasonable - and they turned up on time both days and completed what we'd agreed. Highly recommend, and we'll be using their services again.
