Very reliable. Provided a detailed quote and turned up as arranged. Completed work to the standard expected. Highlighted additional work required which could be seen due to water damage, providing a reasonable quote with no pressure to have it done there and then. Was mindful of weather and came back an additional time to ensure sufficient drying time when others might have rushed to finish the job. I would use again for any future work.
