Jack has encountered a very difficult case when he came to fix my porch door's multilock system as it turned out that a non-standard material was built in originally the parts of which was hard to be replaced due to them not being distributed by the traders. However, he worked so resilient to be able to find smart solutions to save me money, even at the expense of spending his own resources to go about to get the right parts! And he explained to me all the stages of the job throughout the whole process in a very friendly and professional manner! I can only recommend his service!
