Complete Kitchen Refurbishment
DO NOT HIRE This job should have started 2nd week of June 2013, then the delays started, eventually got the units ripped out and the flooring too.... eventually came back and partially fitted the doors, surfaces etc...was supposed to have tiling done, special vinyl floor, more excuses and more false starts and delays, it was becoming a joke, said he was having bad time at home and work...not my problem, would never answer calls but did answer texts.... eventually. I sources my own floor fitter, bought my own tiles and getting job done myself and finish off the kitchen...the cooker doesn't fit properly as the kitchen worktops wasn't cut as the original depth.. DO NOT HIRE, WASTE OF TIME, comes across as plausible and polite and no doubt from what he did he has experience. Eventually got a partial refund but I bet i was still ripped off. Just wanted to cut my losses from the trader and move on. 5 months it took to resolve, worst ever

Kitchen Installation
Do not use this contractor. Over three months after our job (quoted to take 15 days) started, it is still not complete. Jonathan left our house insecure by arranging for an opening to be made to fit french doors and then not coming back to do the work. We have been given a barrage of completely implausible excuses (including a window company that couldn’t get glass) for why the work has not been done. Worse still, he refuses to answer our calls and most of our messages. We have agreed that our contract is at an end but he has kept a large sum of our money and not completed the work.
