Leadwork
JM Roofing replied within 12 hours of emailing for a quote. Contacted us back via mobile and set up as date of 2 days later. True to their word JM Roofing turned up and surveyed the leaks we had. Said would come back with a quote (replied via email that same evening) showing pictures where the necessary work needed to be carried out. Quoted price which we accepted and the work was carried out within a week to a very high professional standard. I will be using them again in the near future.

Flat Roof
Arrived on time. Mark did an excellent job re-laying my flat roof and everything was completed to my satisfaction. He showed me photos of the job and everything looked great. If needed I would use Mark again on other jobs.

Roof Repair
Mark arrived at my house when he said he would, he was professional and quoted for the job and arranged a day for repairs He turned up and did emergency repairs as weather was atrocious then came and carried out full repair work. Five Stars !

Roof Repair
Mark came to fix my roof on 29th Aug 2019. He repaired some broken and slipped slates, but the original leak is still leaking into the bedroom. He carried out work on my neighbours roof on 20th Sept. I arranged to text him on 24th Sept as agreed to arrange for him to return to sort out the original leak. I have phoned him which he has not answered and texted him several times . He promised to be in touch on 18th Oct in a text, but as yet this had not happened. Mark is a friendly person. I have waited to add a review hoping to be able to be more positive. If the issue is fixed I will revisit my review accordingly.

Roof Repair
We are not used to having workmen putting in such effort (and skill) or conscientiousness. This man restored our faith and the next customer will be very lucky. Mark restored our bay roof from a very bad job which had failed over an 8 year period.
