James gave a very fair quote for what appeared to be a potentially difficult change of an integrated oven. It turned out to be more complex than we thought. Despite this James found a solution and we are extremely grateful to him. I cannot thank him enough for his endeavours and desire to complete the job. I would have no hesitation in using his skills in the future.
