Flat Roof
Totally unprofessional and not honest…..he did my roof 3 years ago,… he told me he stripped the old roof, replaced the boards, applied new boards and membrane on top….. recently realised he didn’t do as promised, he just screwed the boards on the existing roof then the membrane…. I have been having problems since then with leaks….contacted him several times, he kept saying he is busy then stopped replying…… he blocked the drain pipe and the roof was like a swimming pool and he claimed that I agreed to it so its not his problem…. He gave me 20 year guarantee which is useless as he doesn’t own up to his mistakes and simply doesn’t show up……. My house walls are damaged as I have been having continuous leaks….. I wish I was able to post pictures but the website doesn’t allow it……

Garage Roof Replacement Needed
Very pleased overal. Prompt to reply, provide written quotation, and carry out the job. Nikki arrived on time with two helpers and efficiently removed and replaced a corrugated garage roof. Cheerful demeanour, professional , informative and polite throughout. Cleared up afterwards leaving a good impression. Price was very reasonable and was keen to ensure the repair was appropriate, even though this meant he was loosing out on a potentially larger job. For those who are of the elder generation and perhaps do not do internet banking, be aware that on completion, he requested payment by bank transfer, preferably within 48 hours. His initial quotation and invoice (provided by email), provides banking details, but it does not state that this is his preferred method of payment. This came as a slight surprise to my parents whose garage it was, but not an insurmountable problem if you are made aware in advance. Job came with a ten year guarantee and I have every faith that he will honour it should problems arise.
