Install Laminate Flooring in Open Plan Area
The job initially entailed laying new flooring on my whole ground floor but quickly included installation of french doors, opening roof window, repositioning of radiator, installation of slate hearth and minor upgrades. I couldn't be more pleased with how he organised the whole thing, especially since he had to work around the flooring arriving a week late Luca who owns the company does most of the work himself, but his colleagues were also very efficient I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him ( and indeed plan to use his skills again in the New Year)

Herringbone Laminate Flooring Installation
I hired Luca to finish my herringbone flooring that had been left half done and messed up, he done such a great job that i hired him to my skirting, doors, coving and a media wall, every job he done was completed to a very high standard at a very good price, he then done a complete renovation of my toilet and bathroom which again was done to a great standard, there was many more jobs that was completed in the time he was working at my property and couldn’t recommend him enough

Laminate Flooring for Bedroom
Excellent work carried out putting in the flooring in bedroom and front and lounge . Luka Arrived early and swiftly got on with the job. Did a separate job of installing a new door. Happy with work and will use innovate buildings solutions in the near future for future jobs.

Laminate Flooring Installation
Luka is not only a great tradesman but a great individual. We had Luka come and complete our rather challenging flooring work & some new build cabinets. From the very start he knew exactly what to recommend and how to get the best out of the job. During the build Luka went above and beyond in even helping us out with a small plumbing problem we'd been having under the sink, ensuring full customer satisfaction. We've shown lots of our family and friends his work and people can't believe the transformation he has helped us achieve. I would strongly recommend Luka to anyone.

Replace Carpet with Laminate Flooring
Luka has done an excellent job on our renovation project (including installing a new flooring with better sound proofing, bathroom makeover, replacing heating radiators, etc), and he's very easy to work with.

Remove and Install Laminate Flooring
Luka was amazing. He gave a great price (around 30% less than everyone else), but didn’t compromise on quality at all. He removed then reinstalled our kitchen to accommodate the flooring covering the whole floor (he did this at no extra cost), and his advice and guidance throughout was spot on. He also was really helpful with additional tasks we needed doing (he unscrewed a table and helped us get it up the stairs, as well as changed the lights), showing he goes above and beyond to help. Definitely recommend!!
