Investigate and fix external wall damp
I originally had a damp patch on the wall in my front room near the window. Infusion came out to look at this and told me this was due to the external window cill needing a repair and the front window needed resealing. All I can say is poor quality workmanship. The window cill has been left with two holes in it ( which will surley let more water in) the silicone round the frame has gaps and looks unsightly plus there is concrete all over the drive, which i cant remove. I have tried to contact infudion on several occasions but with no responce. All I can say is I am extremely disappointed by this. Overall I would not recommend Infusion.

Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Sam seemed like a nice guy and quoted a fair price but after the job was completed we had problems with a pipe leaking. I asked Sam to call back to sort it but he never showed up and stopped answering any calls. Poor customer service is why I have given 2/5
