The service from Impact painting from quote to job completion was good. The level of professionalism was also very good and they were very personable. They turned up on-time and I was pleased with the overall job. There were a few patches in the plasterwork that needed repairing before painting which were fixed to a good standard expect the main back wall where upon 2nd inspection, it looked like the 2nd layer of paint had not been applied in a small area as I could see the straight through the paint - I had to paint over this myself. There were also a couple of areas of skirting board that were missed completely and one ledge on the window above my door missed and a small area of the actual door missed on bottom left hand side. On saying all of this, I would still have these guys back to complete other jobs as the main job was outstanding, especially the cutting in of colours on alternate walls, brilliant. Next time, I would just make sure to check properly before confirming the job was good. Thank you for your work, it was very much appreciated and the bedroom now looks very refreshed

Dave always turned up on time and was determined to do his best by us. The condition of the walls weren't great when he took the job on but you'd never know to look at them now! He gave 110% effort and was more than fair with his pricing. A highly recommended trades guy.
