Move Radiator and Install Towel Rail
We asked this individual (M Huddlestone) to complete some plumbing work in our kitchen - remove radiator and add towel rail and first fix of sink/washing machine/dishwasher in preparation for a new kitchen. The plumber moved the condenser pipe from the boiler and after fitting this and the waste pipe they were flowing the incorrect way (towards the house rather than outside). He did not put a cap on the pipe for the waste inside so this was leaking onto the kitchen floor. We also asked him to move the pipes under the sink so we can put the new unit in but he did not do this as advised by the kitchen fitter and put them in the same place as before, and added a temporary part to the top. We later called him that evening to ask him to come back in the morning to rectify this before the kitchen fitter was arriving and he said he would be there in the morning but then in the morning refused to come back. Additionally, he damaged the pipe which leads to towel rad by drilling into the floor and this is now bent under the floor. Also after adjusting the valves in the boiler, he did not bleed the radiators so we needed to order a rad key for this and left us without heating for a few days until this arrived. All the work was completed to a very poor standard and we had to call out an emergency plumber to rectify this. We asked the plumber to give us a partial refund due to this poor standard of work but he refused to do this and was very rude to us. Please do not use this plumber or you will be very disappointed with the work

Replace Screw on Toilet Cistern
Matthew did a really good job of fixing the cistern in my toilet at a very reasonable price. Because his work was so good I’ve asked him to replace this old toilet with a new one . I can highly recommend his work .
