We have been in the Building and Property Industry managing refurbishment projects on houses and working up to conversions for larger projects into multi-unit apartments. This has given us the experience to remodel kitchens and bathrooms and everything in between. We have our own in house team for everything building and we work with preferred electric and gas engineers who are time served and registered.
If you have a small project don't be put off as we do these days today as part of our main business.
If you need advice on working with a structural engineer and also building regulations, architects and quantity surveyors we can recommend reliable suppliers who we work with all the time, or we are happy to work with your preferred supplier.
We have professional and public liability to more than cover your needs.

Full Bathroom Refit and Flooring
Damien and Lee at Homestead have just completed an absolutely superb job installing a new bathroom and suite in our flat in Macclesfield, with redecorating and Karndean flooring throughout the hallway and kitchen. The work started and finished bang on time over the two weeks and the level of professionalism and quality of work was superb. Really friendly, efficient guys. The flat was left very clean and tidy after the work. Would recommend Homestead to anyone.
