Fascias / Soffits / Cladding - uPVC
KEEP WELL AWAY Jason originally came to my house to replace some soffits and fascia’s and appeared to have done the job well, however whilst doing this he discovered issues with my roof. I therefore asked him to do this work. Whilst doing the roof he continued to find further problems and as the work wasn’t complete I felt I had little choice but to get him to finish the work at a total cost of £9000. Six months later and I have issues with water damage inside my house so I called out another roofing company. On inspecting they asked if the work carried was recently done as the quality was substandard. Old lead flashing and tiles had been reused instead of new and there were gaps left in the cladding on the dormer. Despite numerous calls and messages to Jason to get him to come back as the work is under “guarantee” I have had no joy getting him to come back and correct shoddy his workmanship. As an elderly widow I feel that he has exploited my situation and would strongly recommend anyone to avoid him at all costs

Roof Repair
I was at work so watched on my cctv, saw that he and his work mate spent most the time eat, sitting in the van, smoking or eating. Then clearing their van of rubbish into my bin. Charged 500 for replacement of 4 roof tiles.

Home-Pro RoofingLisa i did you an excellent job for you. I dont understand why you say this. It was not just 4 tiles. We stripped all your tiles out 1-5 square metres out on each vent. we also removed the old 1f felt and batons out. You had new fully breathable felt fitted on all four sides and new batons fitted all tiles relaid 60 tiles in total and four new tiles fitted. I have photos of everything we had done. 1 Roll of felt £60.00, four new tiles £10.00. 1 Pack of batons £45.00, 1 mans wage £100.00 witch is £215. and the company £285 good quote.I was on your roof all day and in the afternoon in the pouring rain, Done you a excellent job, and guess what fixed all your leaks. On my profile im going to put the photos on of your job to shaw all our happy customers the work we did, and you will all agree that what your saying is deffinatley not true. And the most weird thing, is i have no idea why lisa you have actually done this. But then again we sometimes come across these kind of people. Worked hard, good price, stopped leak. job well done as the photos will show. Please take a look at the job photos. Sorry you was not satisfied, oh i forgot you said we charged you 500.00 for 4 tiles, 37 years in the roofing trade, say no more.
