Flat Pack Furniture Assembly
Pros: Fast assembly, finished 4 large pieces of furniture in a single day's work. Reasonable rates (130 pounds for a day's work). Cons: Slight miscommunication when he started working on a piece I had asked him not to assemble (since I could do it myself). However, he assembled all the pieces he was supposed to, and then assembled the extra piece because he'd started it anyway, as a bonus, so that was nice. I later checked one of the shelves put together, the screws looked a bit wonky and not screwed in straight enough, but I'm not sure if it's the furniture's fault (it wasn't a very expensive shelf), so I'll give him the benefit of doubt. :)
