Slate & Tiled Roof

Would have been a 5/5 but my wife found some cut marks on the driveway. The porch repair appears to be good ( I need to wait for rain blowing in the right direction) Arrived on time at the correct date, didn't leave any mess, polite and sociable. Also on budget and that's always a great thing.

Flat Roof
They were on time and done the job of repairing the flat roof, they left a few nails and lid on roof and on decking which isn’t ideal as I have 4 dogs, which they could hear barking but this would have been a hazard if they stood on these. Other than that, time will tell if the repair was done sufficiently when it rains haha overall I would recommend 😊

Brick / Block Paving
Turned up on 31 August to do job and charged us £830 paid in cash went away didn’t dispute money we paid. I messaged him later on Tuesday that we weren’t happy with work and needs to come back and rectify it. Said he would come back before weekend. No answer. Got in touch today 3 September only to get excuses and saying we only paid £375 and he was willing to refund us £230 back to get someone else to do it. He refuses to accept that the work they did is unacceptable and is very unco-operative! I would advise that no one uses this company. The work is unacceptable and charged too much for it and won’t accept any responsibility for what they have done. This guy calls himself Damon and has 2 young lads working for him and another 2 blokes on different occasions who do nothing. Most of the work was done by the 2 lads who clearly have no experience and was left on their own to do majority of it. I feel I’ve been ripped off. He did a job first and it wasn’t perfect but adequate could have been better. We should have seen through all this. Didn’t have the right equipment used some of ours and thought maybe they would do a better job on this smaller job we asked them to do. A hard and difficult financial lesson to learn.
