the quote was fair and reasonable and the work to my laminate was completed satisfactorily. I was initially skeptical to change my flooring from carpet but since the job was done, I couldn't be more convinced that a made the right choice. Thank you Neil for a job well done.

I hired Neils services for my garden work in December 2022. Paid him a deposit of £2600 to get a date secured for January 2023. Everything communication wise was going ok, until, the bad weather forecast. At that point I requested the start date changes as it would not be possible to work under such conditions. It became increasingly difficult to get him to reply to messages or pick up calls. I started become worried and stressed as it’s a lot of money and from experience, when people start to ghost your messages, its nothing but a bad sign. Which was exactly the case. It got to the point I requested for my deposit as I could not get a date.. he agreed but no action was made. I contacted my bank and explained what the situation is. They blocked his account and called it fraud. He said well he cannot pay me unless I get his account unblocked. I said but why didn’t you pay me all this while. He said because he spent my deposit on someone’s project. I was like why. He said that’s how it works. And until he gets paid, I do not get paid basically. I have been chasing this man for close to 2 months and it’s a new story every time he manages to give me a reply. This has become really frustrating for me and my family as we need the money to carry out our dream garden job. We came to an understanding that if I get his account unblocked he would pay me. Well he did not. About a week ago, he managed to get me £800. Still waiting for the rest but I just find this behaviour very unprofessional. Makes you lose faith in hiring people to work for you.

Neil and his team did a fantastic job converting our garage. They were professional and friendly and he came up with excellent ideas to use the space well. The area was left clean and tidy every day. We would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again for any other work.

We are so pleased with Neil and his team. The work is done to very high standard. Since finishing this job We have a brand new kitchen fitted by Neil and his team. Nothing is too much trouble and again work to a very high standard. Would thoroughly recomend.
