Wallpapering for One or Two Bedrooms
Rohim was great from the start. He was kind and informative. Very helpful with the process making sure we had everything we needed. When we got 2 rolls, he recommended getting 3 and yes we should have listened, as the darker wallpaper did probably require the matching pattern. Regardless, amazing job.. see images. Hope to use him again in the future.

Kitchen Floor Tiling Needed
I had my floor tiled and the job is ok but not to the best standard. The finishing touches could be better particularly at the edges.

Would not recommend. Ok standard of work but definitely not a high quality finish. We had to leave prior to works being complete (which was the pre-agreed plan) - leaving HML in our house alone. We agreed to pay £150 initially, with the remaining £95 to be paid after visual inspection. However once the work was finished HML made multiple threatening calls/messages/voicenotes saying they were refusing to leave the property until the full amount was paid. Felt genuinely unsafe having them in my home especially as they kept saying "we could be robbers/crooks" when they were demanding payment. In the end we paid before we could inspect the work because we just wanted them out of the house. Avoid.

Unfortunately I am very disappointed with them, normally I like to leave good reviews but this time I really can not, they didn’t finish the job, they didn’t come to see the job what normally should be done before. We did everything what we asked to be done and at the end as professional as they are everything was showing but they claimed is not their fault. We had to stop them as was really not looking good. So I asked them to come and finish the job an other day but they wanted to get paid on that day plus the price we agreed at the beginning. I was fine to pay the extra fee but once the job is done, they refused! This is not what make me angry, but they put someone els claiming he works for national buildings association and they calling on their behalf, i Nwe was fake as normally they would send letters not private phone calls. phoned NBA and found out was fake etc. I still transferred £100 more to them like a Christmas present. It’s a big shame they have to play dirty. They need to be more responsible when they get a job.

HML Painting & DecoratingI'm sorry but what you just wrote is totally a lie as you never gave us the chance to come back on Saturday as we proposed, we only asked for the money we worked for to be paid but you still wasn't happy & your husband verbally abused us which we have video recordings of. We had to stop the job as you didn't get a professional to paint the wall correctly, you expected us to wallpaper on a wall that was not a fully dried wall which we refused. You didn't want to pay us for the time & day you waisted expecting we work for free. We demanded for what we worked for. We have all evidence to show the quality of work. Karma will justify everything. Have a lovely day & as you have not paid us full days money that will be a Christmas gift to you & hope your new business suceeds buy not giving us our days money we lost. Thanks

HML wallpapered a room in my home. Within a few weeks the wallpaper was coming off the wall in several places. While they originally offered to come fix the issue, I found my subsequent interaction with them unpleasant and at times unprofessional. I have decided to hire someone else to fix the original job.
