Repair or Replace Broken Roof Tiles
Hugh was very professional and polite in all our interactions. He quoted promptly with a full explanation of work required and backed this up with photos and videos of our roof. The work was done quickly and efficiently including a couple of extra things that only came to light during the original project. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hugh for any roofing work.

Clean/Unblock Bungalow Gutters
Hugh kept in regular contact and updated us regarding when he would be arriving. He was polite and friendly. He completed the work efficiently and effectively explaining what he was doing and why as he went along. Initially we had booked him to clean out the guttering. However, it soon became apparent that there were other issues regarding the roof and down pipe that required attention. Hugh explained this (using video evidence) and we were satisfied that the work had to be carried out therefore we agreed to proceed. There are still a couple of issues that require further attention and Hugh has agreed to return at a later date to complete the outstanding work. We look forward to meeting him again.

Roof Tile Repair
Hugh responded quickly to some storm damage that occurred to my property. He was the most competitive price and gave good advice about roof maintenance and other works that may be required in the future. The work itself he was quick and efficient and explained exactly what he had completed and all looked excellent. He also guarantees his work! Would definitely use Hugh and team again.

Guttering work
Hugh did an excellent job at short notice and fixed guttering as well as chimney seal and valley joining strip between roof sections. He also highlighted that lead capping was dangerously worn away and recapped it with zinc panels. He explained the work required clearly at every stage and documented it with photos, to help reimbursement case with other tenants. Previously had water ingress through bathroom windows and ceiling, so delighted it was sorted before this weekend's downpours. Would thoroughly recommend Hugh for his professionalism an thoroughness at every stage of the work.

Pebble Dashing
Good and reliable, a bit of a rush to harl my house, when weather was decidedly dodgy , but all in all very trust worthy and the finished work was very nice. A good experience when all complete.

Refelting
The tradesman was very polite explained every aspect of the job agreed a cost and start date. He was very professional arrived on the first day on time again explained what he would on the first day. Overall he was hard working and was very precise in his work . i would not hesitate to recommend him for work He also was accurate with his quote and there were no additional costs.

Slate & Tiled Roof
Hugh did a good and tidy job. He was always willing to do a bit extra and when he discovered any unexpected problem, (always many in 200 year old house) he always showed me just what it was and discussed solutions and costs. Would recommend his service
