I have no complaints about the work done but unfortunately I have been waiting 4 weeks for the invoice and the 30 years warranty which was one of the conditions upon hiring him. He pressured me to pay cash and unfortunately has continued to let me down. Message after message, he continues to promise me that I will receive both the warranty and the certificate through my letterbox. These are clearly false promises, and I have yet to receive my promised paperwork I would not advise anyone to hire him due to his dishonesty. Shame on you Mr Sharpness for taking advantage of people like this.
