I had 3 jobs needing done kitchen and outside tap as well as resealing my bath. The kitchen tap is labelled back to front minor inconvenience the bath is an absolute mess in a worst state than before. Silicon up the tiles gaps where it's too thin so water is now going down the wall. Silicon on the surface and sides of the bath. Truly disappointing tradesman

Radiator
Do not use this man. He does not have liability insurance. Used him to replace central heating radiators. Paid for radiators up front. After a few delays he turned up. He was supposed to replace lock shield valves. During the installation one of the valves leaked overnight. Luckily it was in the wet room and did not cause any problems. After he was part another valve leaked in a bedroom soaking the floor. I had to call in an emergency engineer to stop the leak. This is when I found he had no insurance. He promised to come back to rectify the problem. This was three months ago. He told me he has damaged his knee and is unable to drive or kneel he is now on holiday. I tried contacting him today but received no response.

Stuart has agreed to remove one radiator, replace another and replace tap and sink. He finished the job with the radiators and invoiced me for this. Unfortunately he did not come back to replace the sink and the tap and I haven’t heard from him since then. The jobs he has completed were of good quality and it was nice to chat with him. However I’m disappointed with the fact that he never finished what we agreed for.

Stewart was excellent, great price, turned up when he said he would, got job done quickly and efficiently. So much so that we also asked him to come back and take a look at a radiator that hadn’t worked in the house for over 20 years. Stewart came back and fixed it no hassle and all within an hr of arriving. Can’t thank him enough.
