Repair Dislodged Roof Tile, Inspect Roof
The Response to my Post was very swift. (The roofers arrived on site within half an hour). The supervisor/salesperson was very helpful and courteous. He recommended that, whilst on the roof to attend to the one dislodged roof tile I had reported, a full roof survey should be undertaken to identify any other necessary remedial works. The survey identified that all ridge tiles and valley gutters required re-pointing. I was given an instant initial quote of £800, which I felt was very high. I was pressured by the salesperson to agree for the work to be carried out immediately. The quote was subsequently reduced to £700 on the condition that I agreed for the work to be undertaken straight away. It was a Friday afternoon, with heavy rain forecast over the coming weekend so, not wanting to face the prospect of a leaking roof over the weekend, I agreed for the work to be carried out straight away. The work was carried out within approx 2.5 hours. Before paying the bill, I inspected the roof work from ground level using binoculars. I observed that some of the ridge tile joints had not been fully re-pointed and there was still debris left in the valley gutters. The salesperson instructed the roofer to return to the roof and remedy these issues; which he did. Upon completion of this remedial work, I re-inspected the roof using binoculars. I observed that some of the pointing on the ridge tiles was rough and had not been finished off smoothly. When I pointed this out to the salesperson, I was flippantly told, “well, you got some extra concrete for free.” The work area was not left in a tidy condition, with cement dust, moss, and old pieces of mortar left on the pathways and grass verges.Overall, I am disappointed with the quality of service I received and the poor value for money considering the limited time expended on the roof and the small amount of materials used.

Chimney Repair Work
The guys turned up early very professional told me and showed me everything they where doing . Polite workers and very hard working never stopped. They have done an excellent job even tidied up after themselfs. Also saw my neighbour had a problem and sorted them out also as no charge. I would recommend and definitely use Patrick and his team again
