I am Multi skilled within the building trades and have a range of adaptable skills and knowledge.
My current job role involves home renovations working alongside a property developer .
I am involved throughout the process from foundations, extensions to chimneys and roof tops and everything in between including plumbing electrics all the way to final decorating ,landscaping and finishing touches.
I pride my self on client satisfaction.
I do handyman jobs when I’m not renovating homes.
Having the experience and knowledge of many different trades has been a massive advantage when it comes to my maintenance service,
I can offer my clients more value for money and also save them time.
I pass my trade discount pricing directly to the customer.
I know this site is called Myjob QUOTE but …
I find it more realistic and fair to have a set price amount for every customer.
I generally price all jobs at £25 per hour + material costs*
I find generally Quotes can be overpriced to account for additional expenses and time , this is why I choose this method.
