Chimney and Flashing Repair Work
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Greenthorpe. I engaged them for necessary roof and chimney repairs as part of the sale of my property. While we initially agreed on a price for the repairs and they assured me that a full report and a 10-year guarantee would be provided, this has not been the case. After the work was completed, the vendor became non-contactable, ignoring my calls and messages. Despite repeated attempts to reach them, I have not received the promised report, before-and-after photos, or the 10-year guarantee documentation. Due to this lack of follow-through and lack of professionalism and accountability I would not recommend Greenthorpe.

Roof Flashing and Concrete Repair
He arrived at the exact time. He explained what was possible, etc. Then fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. I'll definitely use them again for anything I need. Thanks for your help.

Repair Gutter Separation and Secure It
Cane round within 30 minutes and fixed. Returned next day to install guttering bracket which has broken , nice guy quick fix, very happy! Thanks Danny
