Flat Pack Furniture Assembly
This was a job for a young man who is in 24hour support in his own home and interaction with Gordon and young man was great, he took time out to communicate with the young man and involved him in the job. Job completed in longer time than expected, 4 hours, however pleased with the outcome. I updated that the young man does not hold cash and that we have a Mastercard to pay if invoiced and this was not suitable, so I have asked Gordon to email me date/time/cost and job specifics completed and our finance department will complete a money transfer, still waiting on email with this information, he has text me the information, but it needs to be an email, so that our finance team can process payment. Future jobs I would ask for an invoice to be given as this is an easier process for someone who is supported and carries no cash.
