GLOVERS JOINERS have been trading mostly in the East Dunbartonshire area for some 25 years now , doing ALL things carpentry / joinery based with great effect.
Glovers joiners is a small family firm consisting of Martin the father, & Adam the son, they work in tandem to great effect, &; also have fantastic Multi-Trade skills too, based at present in Milngavie but servicing all round this area within a 20 mile radius.
We have developed the old school values of fast, friendly, considerate work done ON time leaving a clean & tidy area before leaving the client with peace of mind knowing that the works are Guaranteed to a high standard.

The total cost was 80.00 pounds it was only a kitchen cupboard.he put up and charged 80.00 pounds which I thought was ridiculous.i will not be using him again total ripoff.

Glovers JoinersI also had to go & by a special speed bit for the cabinet as it was hanging off at the hinge which cost ten pounds (which I wasn't told about until I arrived) so for a Saturday morning job ( which I only did to help out by the way) john you said on site that your budget was one hundred pounds so why when you asked what the cost was going to be that morning before I had started to do any work on it! & I told you, was'nt that was the time to say something ? that you found the price too much but wait a week later to give me a bad review
Wooden Doors - Internal
4 out off 7 doors that the handles and barrels were replaced either stick when you pull the handle down or won't close properly

Glovers Joinersthe handles are stiff only when new Eddie they will ease off as for the doors not closing properly whoever fitted the doors originally left a gap that was way to big between frame & door edge that's why I faced fixed the latches to try & close the gap over my price was to replace handles & latches (which I was told by you were 45mm centres when they were 60mm centres ) sorry you weren't happy but you should have foned me to tell me that your choice obviously!

Very impressed with Martin's work. The job was weather dependent and he phoned several times to confirm when he was going to do the work. That made all the difference. The job was completed promptly and well. Would definitely recommend Martin and would not hesitate to use him again.
