Greg either didn't listen to the job specification, or misunderstood it. As a result there is no overall improvement, and Greg’s solution has drawbacks which leaves me a lot poorer and with no practical improvement. Other tradesmen have since described the price paid as ridiculously high, and the cost will increase again as I need to employ a different tradesman to get the solution I wanted. An expensive mistake.
