Saleem was friendly and serviced my boiler promptly and efficiently. He answered all my questions patiently and I would have every confidence in employing him again. It is a pity that, initially, the different names of company employees, payment details and lack of online presence was rather off-putting and I feel the company would benefit from being more transparent. It would help new customers if they had a website explaining the company setup. However, Saleem didn't hesitate in showing me his gas safe ID card and I shall certainly be asking him to do more work for me in the future.

Everything was completed remotely, as I was out of the country. Communication via WhatsApp was perfect, pictures of the completed job shared as agreed and key handover done seamlessly. Great service. Highly recommended!
