We hired Jack to do the electrical work for our kitchen extension and it has turned out to be one of the best decisions we made on this project. From the initial visit to do the quotation we could tell he was extremely knowledgeable and had high standards for his work. He wasn’t the cheapest quote we had but we felt that he was well worth the extra cost due to his professionalism and expertise; we knew that if we hired him we would have a job well done. As two women clueless about electricals, we had other quotes that seemed to be complete rip offs, but Jack priced us fairly. During the actual works I was impressed with his conduct; he would always let me know if he’s running late, always gave us an update at the end of each working day on what has been done and what he would come back to do, answered all of our silly questions and also made suggestions and recommendations on things that we hadn’t even thought of that would work well in the space we had. He also worked really well with the other tradesmen on site, which included builders, carpenters and a plumber. On several occasions we left him to work in the house alone. He was extremely trustworthy and cleaned up after himself; we never returned to a mess and if it wasn’t for seeing the work he had done we wouldn’t be able to tell he had even been. All in all, I would very highly recommend Jack and Future Energy for any electrical works. I’ve had a really great service and I’m really happy with the result.
