Unblock Outdoor Drain
Excellent communications and work from Nathan who contacted me with a very reasonable quote for unblocking an external drain. Also helped to explain how to prevent my drain from backing up again in the future and what tools I could use for DIY solutions going forward to avoid expensive call out charges.

Repair Boiler, No Heat or Hot Water
Nathan was good. He wasn’t able to solve my issue due to it being a different issue but he came back with quotes the same day for the larger job. He was clean and tidy and explained what he was doing.
