We offer omprehensive project management of property renovations and extensions in London. As a family business for about 15 years now, we have been involved in a number of renovation jobs in London, having accumulated extensive knowledge of the trade as well as valuable contacts with specialist craftsmen, suppliers and other professionals.
We work in cooperation and partnership with structural engineers, architects and private Building Control companies, enabling us to organize each and every aspect of the projects we get involved in, saving our customers time and hassle and helping them make the most informed and cost-effective choices of materials and fittings.
Delivering great results within the planned time frame and budget is at the basis of what we do. We work closely with our clients, providing advice, discussing alternatives and taking on responsibility for the execution of all activities.
We arrange orders, deliveries and returns of materials, check all work against engineers’ and architects’ specifications and ensure health and safety standards have been met at all times.
Finding a reliable and professional building team with a hands-on approach to extensive renovation projects can be a risky, time-consuming and ultimately uncertain endeavor. This is why we constantly strive to improve the quality and versatility of our services by implementing modern, innovative project management tools.
These include video conferencing, on-line live meetings from site, development of working drawings for sub-contractors, 2D and 3D visualizations of intended structural and interior alterations, virtual staging, as well as the optional comprehensive interior design service we have recently introduced.

Radilina and the Full Circle team (especially Anton) were great throughout the project - would use again and recommend. I was a little sceptical given I couldn't see many reviews online, but after speaking to Radilina, contacting references and seeing their work, I was happy to proceed. I was going to be abroad for 90% of the time, so it was critical somebody I could trust was left in charge. Radilina was very professional, always responsive and proactively contacted my throughout to keep me abreast of any developments. From working with Full Circle, it is clear that the finished product is important to them and they are passionate - rather than cut corners to speed things up, they finished to a great standard. Radilina made it very clear upfront what was and was not included in their quote, and the fact they were the only tradesperson who offered reasonable payment terms (i.e. not 50% upfront) made me confident they could manage their cashflow and weren't trying to screw me over. The quote was neither the cheapest nor most expensive, but it felt most realistic. There were a couple of small problems (as with all projects) - the removal of an unusual structural wall caused a few days of delays (not their fault), and it wasn't always clear what the exact additional costs would be (more due to my inexperience and poor budgeting than anything) - but am delighted with the final product. I'm happy to provide references/visits for prospective clients.

We selected Radilina Shanova of Full Circle Renovation for our full interior refurbishment of a large Grade II listed apartment in central London. The quotation was detailed and quickly done, and the pricing was competitive in the middle of the range of builders we approached. What impressed us was Radilina’s enthusiasm and interest in the project, and good communication skills. We used Full Circle as the main contractor for our project which took 6 months. Radilina proved to be an energetic and communicative project leader, open to discuss progress and ideas, with a real sense of ownership of the result. Despite the current tight building market, her chosen sub-contractors (mainly electric, plumbing, plastering) were also very good. The project took some juggling as the building being listed had a lot of lease rules to follow, and access to the 4th floor via a small lift was an additional challenge. Flexibility was required with the timings of the other project subcontractors. Radilina and Anton at Full Circle coped very well with the challenges of this complex project, and we would thoroughly recommend them for other similar jobs.
