Lee Anthony Day from a company called FSG Roofing now apparently based in Witton Perry Barr came to do some work on my roof. (I had put the job on Checkatrade and he contacted me through that although his company was based in Rugeley on there) He said that he had done the work and asked for payment. I asked for an invoice, and he got his partner Danielle to give me a receipt on a scrap piece of paper but no address. As soon as he had left it rained and the leak he supposedly had fixed was not. I text him and whatsapped him a photo straight away and he said he would come back the next day. Anyway, he didn't, promised a couple of other times to come but never turned up. When I questioned where he was, he text to say that he was too busy, and he would refund my money less materials he had used. I'm still waiting for my refund, and he is now ignoring my text messages and phone calls. He has put his phone on call forward and removed his profile picture of whatsapp. Please be warned about this person.
