About
Formula Building & Design was established in 2011 and due to high demand Female Touch Decorating soon followed. We were based in Kent servicing London, Essex and Kent. Working within the private sector as well as commercial including landlord/tenant properties and residential care homes. We therefore try our upmost to accommodate, understand and respect people’s needs and requirements as individuals.
We have never advertised as all our work was from recommendation, we are in the process of having a website built which will display many of our projects including extensions, loft conversions, kitchens, bathrooms and general maintenance/handyman works. Presently we are not looking for extensions and loft conversions but are happy to quote for property renovation works and all other works.
After purchasing a derelict house in the early part of 2017 and renovating it, the decision was made to permanently relocate to Lincolnshire. At present we are still servicing customers in the South but are looking to expand our customer base in Lincolnshire and surrounding areas, we are willing to travel further afield, but at present can only offer emergency call out locally.
All our work is guaranteed and we truly believe you are “only as good as your last job”. We can and are happy to provide references.
We respect our customer’s privacy and do not disclosure information to any third party and we do not ask for any money upfront.

Bathroom Installation
I was delighted with the finished result Danny Ridley worked quickly and efficiently and was completely organised all old stuff was taken away for me which was a real help as I live alone. I would certainly recommend him to any of my friends. Thank you Danny
