Replace broken UPVC door handle
Nice guy but unfortunately had a bad experience. We believe we were overcharged but paid as we were left in a desperate situation (took our door off). After inspection, the job wasn't done to expected standard and we are having to have it completely re done.

Fix Victorian Door Lock Issue
He came quickly and was polite, ot felt like a great experience. But i felt charges once there were excessive... £135 for a £35 lock. Plus call out, plus labour. I thought it must have been a mistake, so when I realised and raised it was met with "legally I can charge x10 markup". Such a shame as a pleasant experience turns very sour when you've been taken advantage of
