Thomas was very quick to check the job in the chimney however after my husband paid him he did not provide a warranty and a receipt as requested. He said he will email these details and this was never done. I have been calling, messaging and emailing him and he now doesn't respond. Unacceptable as for any service the least you receive is a receipt and warranty of the job. Legal action will be taken.

Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Prompt, did the work, resolved the issues. Promised a 10-year guarantee and paperwork, that was never received. Thomas has since ignored my texts and whatsapped unfortunately. Thomas - if you respond to me I'll up your rating, I just want a copy of the paper work please.
