First work Andy has done for me and very pleased to recommend. It was a tricky diagnosis for a CH/boiler issue and all work was carried out well with plenty of dialogue and explanation. Importantly to me, I felt in control of the costs with ongoing decision points as options were explored rather than a high fixed cost from the outset. In fact Andy went out of his way to limit my exposure. Will be using again rather than the previous corporate firm
