job ok but unable to cotact builder to obtain guarantee this was sent by email but unable to read or print have sent email/phoned but no conntact have email twice and phoned but still no word have asked for the guarantee to be posted i dont know how he will answer any queary regarding any repairs

Lee was polite and did a very good job. The costing was agreed before he started and there was no add on's when he finished unlike some others he even cleared some debris from around the drain pipe and made another job safe until he could do the job properly. All in all a very good service and would use again.

Job we had done I cannot fault apart from a small leak on a join to my neighbors guttering and debris left on roof from ridge tiles begin done. Rang and emailed him plenty of time but no answer!! Finally we get intouch and his attitude was disgusting told us he wasn’t coming out until we had cleared neighbors guttering as that is what was causing the leak, after a few calls as he kept hanging up on me I went to our neighbor and asked him to check his guttering, yes there was some debris in it as it’s been up years but when he looked at ours which was put up by mr Riley and is only 2/3 week old it was full to the top of debris. We have emailed him the pictures of this and still no reply. As above I can’t fault the work just the childish attitude this man.

Fascias Direct Roofline UpgradesAs I told the customer on a semi detached property the neighbours guttering is full of rubbish and plant waste as I tried to tell him if the guttering is full to the top how can water flow away when the property shares one rain water pipe to the rear . I think that he needs to think about his own job and not be a specialist in evry one else’s job of work And yes he did email me pichures but not of the neighbours guttering what is or was causing the problems and also when he was told about other work where debris falling down the roof off the chimney stack as he was shown pichures his answer was I CANT AFFORD THE EXTRA WORK SO HOW CAN A CONTRACTOR HELP WHEN THE CUSTOMERS PROPERTY IS STATE OF DISREPAIR

Fascias Direct Roofline UpgradesThe customer was made aware that there was another problem and it would need rectifying as there was a problem with the ridges but the customer said they had a cash flow problem and also she has admitted there's no problems with the guttering what I fitted so if it's not the guttering at fault what I was paid to supply and fit I can't see how it's my fault
