Carpet, Skirting Removal & IT Setup

F. R. B. And G. LimitedIts a shame we got a review like this as i was the one that did the Job: 1. All carpet was removed and bagged up 2. All underlay was removed and bagged up 3 All Carpet Gripper was removed and bagged up 4. All skirting was removed and bagged up 5. Bottom part of walls replaster where required 6. The room was completely swept and Hoovered 7. All the wires for the TV, Video, Sky etc. were removed from the back of her old TV cabinet and reconnect to the equipment and Unit was removed from room Total cost of this work was £175 plus VAT at the end of this job We call her in to get the sign off and her words were we have done a fantastic Job. At the end of the job she asked us if we did plumbing as the plumber had not turn up!!!!! The washing machine was leaking a lot of water from underneath we pulled it out and we could see that the drainage main pipe was completely blocked, we cleaned out the pipe and the put the washing machine back. I then told her that i needed to go to a supermarket to get a drain unblocked for washing machines called "Dr Beckmanns" this was a 45 min round journey, When we arrived back we used the product on an empty wash (Another 50mins) this cleared the blockage completely!!!! (This job added a total of just over 2.5 hours on to the day!!!!!) she asked me how much was the additional charge for the washing machine and we told her that there was no charge for this apart for the £10 we had spent on Dr Beckmanns!!!! she then gave us £10 for the product and a £50 tip to say thank you!!! I don't understand the reason we got a 3 star!!!! as we told her the charge at the start and she signed it off, We did 2.5 hours work for nothing!!!! and then she gave us a tip!!! I can only think she has got us confused with someone else that she has used from My Job Quote or another site.

Assemble 3-4 Garden Chairs
Lee very efficiently assembled our flat pack furniture in a short period of time and went beyond helpful in going and purchasing some nuts that were missing so the job could be completed. Lee arrived at the time he stated, and once the job was finished made sure his work area was spotlessly clean before he left. A very nice man that i wouldnt hesitate to recommend to others.

Secure Wardrobe to Wall
Lee was incredibly customer focused, explained everything in detail before work commenced to make sure I was happy with what had to be done. Work was carried out quickly and without fuss and the area was left tidy following this. Would highly recommend and have every intention of working with him again with upcoming projects.
