Repair Bedroom Wall Dampness
The company contacted me promptly after I submitted my quote request and even came to assess the repair, provide a quote, and start the work all on the same day. While the quote was higher than others I received, I appreciated their efficiency and timeliness. Unfortunately, I've been unable to bring them back out since the repair was completed considering they come to Leicester 3 times a week and I'm still dealing with a leak that will require additional work. I now need to advertise for another repair service.

Investigate and Fix Roof Leak
Jon came with his colleagues and did an assessment of the property. He was able to advise on several options, and carried out the selected option the same day. He also did a great job of explaining the roof structure, and I now feel like I understand roofing better!

Remove Ivy and Kill Roots
Attended site on the same day as I contacted them, and undertook the work in a prompt and thoroughly professional manner. Excellent communications maintained during the work, with regular updates and advice. All work undertaken as agreed, and the site cleared upon completion. I have no hesitation in recommending this company .
