Roof Cleaning
After receiving a quotation for the job involved, containing all the work, I have accepted it in full, and the work started. Unfortunately, the main part of the work involved straightening the roof, to prevent water ingress in the future, the contractor made no attempt to do that work at the same time requested immediate payment for the full quoted work. I refused and later offered to pay for only the work completed or in full if the did the work according to the quotation. Eventually the contractor agreed to partial payment for only the work done. I do not consider this contractor to be worthy in describing themselves as a Trusted Trader! Alex.

ESW Roofing&Building ContractorsAfter attending the property, a quotation was given and accepted. The work was carried out as stated however the customer from the start seemed to never have any intentions whatsoever of paying for the work. After excuse after excuse as to why he didnt feel the need to pay in full, he eventually only paid a token amount after we informed him we would be happy to return to the property to return it to it's original state. All traders beware to avoid this customer at all costs.
