I had a leak from the bathroom ceiling which needed investigating. EPS plumbing contacted me the day before to understand the nature of the job. Richard and his colleague came the next day. Punctual and professional. The ceiling had to be cut open to figure out the source of the leak. He took a video explaining where the leak was originating from ( the flat above) and confirmed his findings in writing. This was useful proof for me to show to the flat above. I will also contact him to help with patching of the ceiling and plastering.
