Our Price Guide
This is only a guide price list, most jobs will need assessing before a quote or estimate can be provided.
Minimum call-out/job price (during normal working hours) £55 per operative outside the Birmingham Clean Air Zone, this price includes the first hour of labour charge and excludes materials. Each additional hour is charged at £45. Half day and daily rates also applies, daily rate is £300 and half day rate is £145 per operative.
Three bedroom rewire starts from £3750 and includes Schneider Lisse white PVC 13A 1361 sockets, switches and ceiling pendants only. Includes consumer units, we only fit consumer units with TypeA RCBOs and Surge Protection. Should customer wish not to have this level of installation we will require explicit written notification.
Electrical Inspection Condition Report (EICR) starts at £135.00
