Replace Existing Flat Roof with Fiberglass
E&M roofing & maintenance was extremely professional in my roofing job, especially Scott had inspected my roof conditions prior to the commencement and provided comprehensive explanations of different replacement materials for my understanding and selection. Meanwhile, the logistics for skip and materials were arranged in good order. Scott and Chris had efficiently dismantled and replaced my faulty flat roof for both front & back house in less than two days which caused minimum disturbance to me and my family. Even for the post-installation follow up was beyond my expectation. E&M roofing & maintenance will have my recommendation for any roofing issues.

Replace blown ridge tile on pitched roof
A very reliable roofer and good communication who was able to sort the job after a bad storm very promptly and did some extra pieces of work that needed at no extra cost. Highly recommend.

Repair Multiple Leaks on Tiled Roof
Scott and his team did a great job for me. Installing roof tile vent, new lead fitted to chimney, repointing chimney and promised to follow up within 2 weeks. Everything is clean and tidy. Thanks Scott. Highly recommend.

Replace Flat Roof on Bay Window
So happy with the work. Very quick replies, no fuss, came on time and started the work, kept us updated along the way and made sure we were happy with the work before they had taken the payment and left the site. Very wonderful people, very happy with their service!! Quick and efficient!
