Full re-roof inc. Bay/Porch- These guys truly care that the finish product looks good and is finished to the highest standard.   This team exudes nothing but confidence and quality from start to finish. Scott came to give us a quote and we instantly felt these were the guys for us, the entire interaction was detailed but at no point did we feel that we were being oversold or upsold to services we simply did not ask for or require. We were presented with options for tiles there and then, (it’s worth noting that all options shown to us were priced the same, so it truly was down to personal taste) and honest opinions on what they had found to be aesthetically effective on other properties, without compromising on quality. There was no hard sell, a quick call to the suppliers for an accurate quote there and then, no waiting for a week. We had 4 quotes for this job and these guys were the only ones who measured the roof, 1 company pretty much didn’t get out of the van let alone look at the rear roof.   The job started when communicated to us, any changes were communicated quickly and effectively. Never have either or us, or our families ever come across a team or company who will work long hours (including weekends) to ensure the job is done regardless of delays from third parties. Progress was communicated each day, and we were incredibly impressed at the speed and efficiency to which this job was completed.   The finished job is so much better than expected. The pointing work is outstanding, the street appeal is better than expected and the property itself just shines now. We would highly recommend these guys to anybody who has any work needing done, outstanding job and highly personable people who really made the difference.   Seriously could not recommend these guys enough and have already discussed any further building work we may need doing with them.

E&M roofing & maintenance was extremely professional in my roofing job, especially Scott had inspected my roof conditions prior to the commencement and provided comprehensive explanations of different replacement materials for my understanding and selection. Meanwhile, the logistics for skip and materials were arranged in good order. Scott and Chris had efficiently dismantled and replaced my faulty flat roof for both front & back house in less than two days which caused minimum disturbance to me and my family. Even for the post-installation follow up was beyond my expectation. E&M roofing & maintenance will have my recommendation for any roofing issues.
