Replace Kitchen Sink Pipes
The job I posted turned out to be much more difficult than anticipated and took a lot longer to complete, but EM stayed to get it done, and even offered to return to fix a small remaining problem, all without charging me extra. Friendly, honest and reliable tradespeople aren't easy to find these days but EM definitively meets the criteria.

Repair Cracked Waste Pipe
Very nice plumber, although problem wasn't completely sorted out, he did stay and try to getbit done, and gave us advice as to what to do next.

Replace and Relocate Radiators
Initially the service this trades man provided was very good when it came to removing the radiators. We asked him back to move and chase in some pipes and that's where everything went downhill. To start with our carpenters had to leave the property due to the environment becoming unsafe while em plumbing was chasing in the pipes as he didn't use an extractor or any other safety measures which resulted in black dust filling the air, ruining the carpets and setting off the smoke alarms numerous times. When the job ran later than expected we agreed for him to return the next day to continue the work. When he was working the next day he put his foot through my living room ceiling, creating a big hole in the ceiling, hitting my partner in the head with falling plaster resulting in an injury to the head, damaging a computer, monitor and the living room carpet in the process. Once we had ensured the trades man was okay we agreed that because it was an accident we would only ask him for payment to fix the hole in the ceiling to which he agreed. To this day no payment for the ceiling has been made and all I've had from this trades man is excuse after excuse claiming he needs more time to pay. He then claimed he had paid and when he was asked for photographic evidence of the transaction all communication stopped. I am now having to deal with a solicitor to try and reclaim the cost of his mistake. I understand accidents happen and I'd be willing to change this review if the repair costs are repaid.

Shower leak replacement

Shower divider repair

Remove and skim behind radiators
Job completed to excellent standard. Very fair price and got it done fast. Very reliable and responsive to messages even after job is completed. Also secured loose pipes under floorboards at no extra cost.
