I've worked as a Landscape Gardner since I was 17 years old and never wanted to change now coming to 10/11 years I still dont, I've worked for 3 Landscaping companies over them years and been a Team Leader/Manager for 2 companies, I decided to open my own Landscaping Buisness early this year 2023 because I'm very good at my job and have key eye to detail when it comes to doing the work so I thought why am I working for other companies when I'm completely capable of running my own buisness. At the minuite I tend to work on my own but if I need a hand or lift I have other staff than can join the projects to get started and finished.
I usally start by arranging a date and time with the customer/you and then talk about the work that you want doing. It is really important if you have a budget and must tell me if you do, so I can try my best to get to that target for you or it just leads to a waste of time so it is very important we talk about budget.
I am a new buisness But I wouldn't consider myself as new as I have the experience and I suppose everybody start out somewhere and this is me.
