We are a friendly and reliable roofing company based in Bristol and surrounding areas who can offer a range of different resins for flat roofs and repairs with over ten years experience.
So why use resins over conventional materials??? Our resins can be applied straight over the top of many common flat roofing materials (overlay system). including; Felt, EPDM, Single Ply Membrane, Fiberglass and Timber. The benifit of the overlay system is that it will minimise the time, noise, waste, and more importantly for the client the cost of the job.
The PU/PMMA cold applied resins we use are versatile and provide a very durable finish to any surface that they are applied to. They can be completely cured from as little as 45 minutes. They come in a wide range of colours and textures including a anti-slip finish with a 20 year guarantee for piece of mind. Elite Resin Roofing also can provide Waterproofing solutions for balconies and walkways and other various projects. We are fully approved contractors ready to tackle anything from large scale resin projects to minor repairs.
