John and his crew did a good job cleaning and repairing UPVC guttering, repointing broken verges, relaying and repointing ridge tiles and refelting a roof. They worked very quickly and completed the job in 3days. They did the work that was agreed at the agreed price and were very willing to fix any snagging at the conclusion of the job.

Replace Soffit, Fascia, and Gutter
Very pleased with the service provided by John and Steve replacing the soffits and fascia on my extension and also roof repair on bay window will have no hesitation in contacting them if any other work required.

Fix Leak in GPR Fibreglass Roof
John and his team are polite, efficient and generally a pleasure to have around. They explained every stage of the process and were thorough with every stage of the roof repair. The job was done in 2 days to high spec and they bought a bit team to get it done for us. Wouldn’t hesitate for a second to use them again!!

Parapet Wall & Roof Repair
John was very fast to respond to my quote request & even came round the same day (Good Friday !) to assess the work. John took a video to show & explain the extent of the problems with the roof & provided options as to what we could do. It was also a very awkward job due to our loft conversion narrowing the access gap to repair the flashing on both sides. The job commenced very quickly upon agreement of the quote. John's workers worked as quietly as possible. They were polite & helpful & made an effort to be neat & tidy as they went. Work was completed to a very good standard in 4.5 days which was as John had advised. John also did a couple of extra jobs for us (skylight window clean & relaying a front step) for no additional charge. We would have no hesitation in employing John & Elite Construction for roofing or other building / maintenance work again in the future. John kept in regular contact (visits & calls) to keep me advised on the work throughout.
