Small Bathroom Renovation and Fixture Replacement
They stole money from my son who has learning difficulties. They left the job unfinished and the property without a working toilet, sink, shower and no heating for 7 weeks and over Christmas. They helped themselves to food and drink from the cupboards. And they were caught defecating in the garden. The bath panels have been broken. The bathroom window now won't shut. They put a hole in the stairway wall and the plumbing is a joke. Having put all the pipes through and then put up the panelling, surely someone should realise that you need a hot and a cold pipe to attach to the sink. But we only have one pipe. Police are now involved.

Eden Home & GardenWith all due respect Julian we were more than helpful, OK, firstly I phoned the police with the crime reference number and said that all my men are more than happy to supply finger prints, also you said that there were 2 clear prints and when I contacted the police no one could find it on here system, as the window not shutting that was not down to us, and like I said in messages previously I want the investigation to be sorted before we could return to work because I want to find out if we had. Thief working for us, we have never in all my years had a theft ever, please could y pi u contact me to sort this

Bathroom Renovation and Structural Checks
Avoid this company at all costs not qualified to carryout works they qoute for left leaking pipework wired showerelectrics incorrectly also left live wires hanging out of wall with no protectionon it used cooker junction box on shower electrics also connected shower too socket ring main which would always cause issues fitted toilet incorrectly and leaking left bathroom unusable with only a leaking toilet in there took £2690 in payments refused a refund also didn't leave sink and vanity unit and shower tray which we had paid him for toilet wasn't usable because seat was broken and not fitted and no flush fitted either Chris has threatened to take me to court for outstanding balance he gave fake invoice he has taken 90 percent of payment and done 10 percent of the work which needs to be redone as not correct for our safety. this company needs to stop taking on work they are not qualified to do before any serious issues arise from their incompetence and damage caused when they carry out works I should be fully refunded as work was incorrectly done also having to purchase all materials again even though I paid for them would not recommend them for any works at all.

Eden Home & GardenHi sorry you feel like this, we done everything correctly Nilpa, I ordered the aluminium sheets you wanted to do the walls and paid £4500 out of my pocket the. You told me you had no money to pay me, you signed a contract for the bathroom renovation, which we installed the toilet that you wanted redone all the pipe work to standard and also cured the leaks, when I asked for the final payment you then changed design before paying what you owed, in clear messages you wrote to me and said that you and your family couldn’t afford to pay for what I did, so I packed up all my tools and tidied everything up and left. We done the renovation but it was the end you couldn’t pay me, so with the upmost respect I couldn’t continue to work for free, I haven’t had any issues with any customers and I’ve been running my business for many years to a very high standard
Pond Liner Installation Assistance
Arrived when said, lovely guys to meet, did everything asked for, and more. Accidentally broke the pond night lights and was adamant they will be replaced, and they did. He has done an excellent job on my pond and my filter box, would deff recommend him and if needed call upon him again.

Eden Home & GardenWith all due respect siad we agree a price and with positive messages because you paid us in full if you wasn’t happy with the work why would you pay us, also the reason we wouldn’t continue further works with you is because you didn’t like the price for extra works which I under stood and we left on good terms, both your bayeindows had substantial cracks and would of eventually broke to a point of braking off due to the poor workmanship we totally fixed this issue and went above and beyond to help you, I am more than happy to arrange a meeting with you and rectify the issue, what I don’t understand is why would you pay is in full if you were dissatisfied
