External Wall Rendering
Richard rendered outside boundary wall during a weekend (his choice). One third of the wall was rendered fine, two thirds were rendered poorly as he rushed to finish it. The pavement was left in a disgraceful condition with a local councillor complaining about it. Richard was given the opportunity to put things right with the wall but then didn't show up when he said he would and stopped answering texts. He is keen to get his money as soon as the job is finished. I would advise withholding payment until you're satisfied with the standard of the work.
