Alex did a great job - he was neat with the grippers and thresholds. When there was a delay with the delivery of the carpets he took it in his stride, without fuss. He had to cut the carpet efficiently with very little waste and he accomplished that. I'm happy with his work laying the carpets and would be happy to call him again.
