Full Chimney Breast Removal
I’m so so lucky to have found Eamon and his team! Not only have they completed the initial project I posted on here (to a fantastic standard) but they have already completed additional projects such as replacing and laying new flooring, new radiators, plus electrical work. I have more jobs lined up this month and even more projects for Eamon to complete in the future. No request has been too big or too small and I couldn’t be happier with the work done so far, all completed at a more than reasonable price. Eamon has outstanding communication, calling at each stage of the project to ensure I was happy with all work carried out so far and quotes for new jobs have always come through quickly which, if like me you are working to an existing budget, is really helpful in prioritising projects and planning future ones. I would recommend Eamon to anyway

Repointing
I initially needed 1 chimney repointing but when the crew got here they noticed some other issues including leaking bathroom roof (caused by stormy winds affecting the lead), loose ridge tile and some repointing needed on other tiles and other chimney. This was done eventually as the bad February weather curtailed more than half a day's work. At the end I was extremely happy with how flexible the crew were and basically able to check/repair anything else I mentioned. For the amount of labour which was worked as well as materials, I could certainly not complain with the price and would gladly have Eamon and the crew back if there was any future building work I required.
